How It Works
1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
Initial Consultation is a comprehensive session designed to understand your needs and goals. During this appointment, we will thoroughly assess your current lifestyle, dietary habits and medical history, including body composition analysis. Through personalised discussion, we aim to create a tailored plan that suits your preferences and supports your weight management journey. We will address concerns and provide valuable insights to kickstart your path towards a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
2. Follow-up Consultation (30 minutes)
During follow-up consultation, we will focus on tracking your progress and fine-tuning your personalised plan. We will review your achievements, discuss any challenges you’ve faced and adjust strategies as needed. Follow-up consultations provide opportunities for ongoing support, motivation and education on sustainable lifestyle changes. I’m here to answer questions, celebrate your success and collaborate with you to overcome any obstacles in your way.
3. Body Composition Analysis
At Health Scale, we use Tanita MC-780MA P body composition analiser. This advanced device goes beyond traditional scales, providing detailed insights into key metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, water content, and more, which helps track your progress.
Body composition analysis is included in initial and follow-up consultations. However, you can also use this service to track your body composition for personal reasons.
