  • Two 30-minute follow-up sessions. To check progress, tweak your plan, and work through any challenges or questions.
  • Check-ins via phone or email. Stay accountable and motivated between the appointments. 
  • Body Composition Analysis (Before & After). We’ll assess important metrics like body fat and muscle mass to track your progress over time effectively. By analysing these key measurements, we can better understand your physical changes and adjust your plan as needed.
